THANK YOU

This project is some of the best work I’ve ever done. Full Stop. Across several genres and styles, from the songwriting and arrangements to the production choices, it all feels authentically me. The front half (unofficial title ‘Please Rise’), is high-energy pop-rock, meant to be shouted at the top of your lungs. The back half (unofficially ‘Please Be Seated’), though a more subdued jazz-folk, is no less joyful, crafted to leave your spiritual moments with that unshakeable smile. While you might be drawn more to one side than the other (and that's okay!), it’s both together that paint the truest picture of me as an artist and composer. I love them both dearly. I hope you do too. 

This was a serious team effort. I want to thank my all-star producing duo Mark Niemiec and Nathan Meckel for masterfully bringing this album to life, as well as all the musicians who graced this record with their enviable talents. Thank you to all my Kickstarter backers for believing in me and my music enough to invest in it’s creation. I’m eternally grateful to the community of Temple Israel in West Bloomfield who, as my three year sounding board, helped me perfect most of the songs on this project. And of course, thank you to my family, who love and support me always.
